The ArtistDIRMaker application was written following a request on the PCDJ message board by one of the users 'Lotto'.

The application searches for mp3 files that have the artists name as the initial part of the filename and then using the specified separator (' -' spacedash, '_' underscore, or a custom  entry) to extract the artist.
